Okay, I had to do this because, well, it's funny and its done well too.
No matter your political stripe, if you have a sense of humor anyway, this is a funny parody of “Jamie's Got a Gun” by Aerosmith. If you don't have a sense of humor, or are a professional sensitive, a term coined by Houston Blogger Kevin Whited, please just skip it.
And for the record, I hope that Austin Attorney Harry Whittington has a full recovery. I could tell Cheney felt bad about hurting his friend. I also feel kind of sorry for the VPs press secretary, Lea Anne McBride and Scott McClellan too, for that matter.
This has been a hard week for administration PR and with all of the old press secretaries out there saying how they would do it better/different, it makes it even worse. I imagine their hands were tied.
Talk about a burn-out job.
