Kitschy or Catchy? New Orleans Disaster Tours

What do you do when you lose your livelihood, your house and have to let go most of your employees (65 to 5)? The entrepreneurial start an edgy media campaign and offer an educational “disaster” tour.

Gray Line New Orleans, a tour company , will start operating a new blockbuster tour, "Hurricane Katrina -- America's Worst Catastrophe," beginning Jan. 4. The cost to go on the tour will be $35 and their will be an educational component, including some info about how the marshes have been degraded.

Funny Friday Music Corner

Be a kid again...



So, a little off topic, I am a singer in my spare time. I used to have a band in Washington D.C. called Drops of Jupiter, but since I moved to San Antonio and had a child, I have expanded my genre a bit. A few months ago, I was asked by a my colleague Owen Duggan to sing on a children’s CD he was producing. As a result, my 20-month-old now rocks out to a CD that includes Mommy everyday.
